Desafío Liquid Lava Arenal Volcano Tour
Hike through lush rainforest with an experienced
naturalist guide who will point out things in the primary
and secondary rainforest that lines the base of the
Arenal Volcano.
You’ll then arrive at the observation point -- the closest you can get to the
base of the volcano -- and wait for the sun to set.
As it starts to get dark, on clear nights you can see the amazing lava flow of
Central America’s most-active volcano, and if you're lucky, you may be able
to hear explosions or big lava rocks tumbling down the side of our behemoth
volcano.
Get an outstanding view of Arenal Volcano by night.
Our local hot springs, such as the elegant “The
Springs Resort & Spa” are beautiful locations to sit
and soak while enjoying the tropical gardens and
steamy nights. The Springs has restaurants and
swim-up bars, spas for massages, several different
temperature hot springs, natural pools, waterfalls,
and swimming pools.
Departs everyday:
3:30pm or 4:00pm Returns: approx. 6:00pm (without
hot springs)

(although with some muddy sections and a little uphill), entrance to private
